Many of your customers will communicate with you via Facebook, and JotForm makes it easy for you to include forms right on your Facebook page.
In just a few steps, you can quickly capture customer information via a contact form or through a satisfaction survey. There's no limit to the type of forms you can use.
Here's how you do it:
Step 1: Once you've opened your form, select "Publish". Go to "Platforms" and click on Facebook. Then click "Add JotForm Tab".
Step 2: Log in to your Facebook account. Note, if you don't have a Facebook account, you'll need to create one before you can proceed. Then, you'll see your Facebook pages that can be linked to your form. Once you've selected a page, click the "Add Page Tab" button at the bottom of the window to finish the integration.
Step 3: Once the form has been added to your Facebook page, you can click on "Go to your page" or go directly to your Facebook page to see your form in action in Facebook.
